Agreement
These terms govern your use of the MacroFeed website, documentation, and economic-calendar product operated by Digital Sheikh Inc. By using MacroFeed, you agree to these terms. If you use MacroFeed for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for that organization.
Product access
MacroFeed is distributed through CTX Protocol. Your CTX account, API key, wallet, spending settings, settlement, and use of the Context marketplace are governed separately by Context Protocol. MacroFeed does not issue or control your CTX credentials.
Permitted use
You may use MacroFeed to retrieve and analyze economic-calendar information in your own agent workflows and applications. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, probe systems without authorization, misrepresent source attribution, or use the service unlawfully.
Data and source limitations
MacroFeed prioritizes official institutions and exposes source links and known gaps, but economic schedules and observations may be revised, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect at their source. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for material decisions.
No financial advice
MacroFeed provides information and software infrastructure, not investment, trading, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing returned by MacroFeed is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
Availability and changes
We may update methods, coverage, documentation, pricing metadata, or availability as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection against misuse.
Intellectual property
MacroFeed, its website, documentation, normalization methods, and branding belong to Digital Sheikh Inc or its licensors. Official-source material and third-party services remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
Disclaimer and liability
MacroFeed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Digital Sheikh Inc disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by law.
